Project Manager with marketing experiences Your main focus will be managing multidisciplinary projects for development of new products and concepts with a large responsibility also for the implementation of product launches in Europe. You will among other things search and understand new market opportunities and within projects you will: .Structure and develop detailed analysis regarding: Demand and customer behaviour, Market segments and sizes, Competition, Distribution channels, Critical success factors, etc.. Perform detailed internal analysis: Strengths and weaknesses, Competence analysis, Supply availability, etc..Develop investment analysis, business cases and "Go to Market" plans..Define plans and manage projects for developing markets and/or partners up till successful launch with responsibility for the hand over to Marketing & Sales as well as to Supply and Manufacturing.. Coordinate sales targets and the follow-up of these within the launch phase of a project. You report to the Manager Concept & Product Development.The position is located at the headquarters in Malmö and you will occasionally travel to the different European markets.Required skills and personality We like you to have a background from Marketing as Product Manager or similar, with experiences from launching new products into the market.We think you have at least three years of relevant experience in an international environment within B2B.Experience from single-use products, preferably from a wholesales business is to your advantage.You have good knowledge of Project Management and it is desirable that you have knowledge of technical/production related issues.You have a relevant University Degree and your are fluent in English, both written and spoken.You are an analytical and conceptual thinker with a holistic view and strong execution skills.You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make large teams work together.You are self motivated, can work independently and take initiatives.You have a strong marketing and strategy interest, affinity for financial assignments and have a high quality and quantity output.How to apply You apply by clicking the link below which takes you to a registration form where you fill in contact details and attach CV and letter of intent.We need your application in Swedish or English, no later than Wednesday, December 13.
