Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Manage and maintain Hardware In the Loop (HIL) test equipment for vehicle platforms SPA2 and SPA3 within the “Side and Roof” engineering area.
Define and update requirements for HIL and Rig.
Provide support for test case and script implementation as well as fault tracing.
Enhance the efficiency of test equipment usage.
Perform testing at component level, including single components and their actuators and sensors.
Conduct testing at domain or subsystem level, involving multiple components, both real and simulated, to assess product functionality or capability.
Execute test cases to verify requirements at different abstraction levels, including Product Functions (PF), Product Capabilities (PC), Specific Modules (SM), and Software and Hardware Components (COMP).
Run tests automatically within a Continuous Integration (CI) flow (Nightly, Daily, and Weekly runs).
Conduct semi-automatic tests that start manually but require no interaction during execution.
Perform manual tests that require interactions during the test process.
Utilize Vector-based HILs configured with CANoe.
Develop tests on remote PCs running vTestStudio.
Maintain and version control configurations using GIT repositories.
Understand and manage the HIL setup, which includes the rack with VT cards, power supplies, and RT PC with configurations for automation.
Work with Rigs comprising actual hardware actuators, sensors, and additional “Enablers” needed to simulate and stimulate these components for automated tests (e.g., NFCA card simulator).

What You Bring:
Extensive experience with HIL test equipment and maintenance.
Proficiency in defining and updating HIL and Rig requirements.
Strong skills in test case and script implementation and fault tracing.
Ability to improve the efficiency of test equipment usage.
Deep understanding of testing at both component and subsystem levels.
Experience in executing test cases across different abstraction levels (PF, PC, SM, COMP).
Familiarity with automatic, semi-automatic, and manual test execution methods.
Expertise with Vector-based HIL systems and CANoe configurations.
Proficient in using vTestStudio for test development.
Skilled in using GIT for configuration maintenance and version control.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test cases and scripts.
Innovative approach to enhancing test equipment efficiency and usage.
Experience in planning, leading, and independently executing assignments.
Strong support and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
