Description
Do you like to interact with people and guide them through thier change journey? Be a part of the creation of the future of Tetra Pak site in Lund? Do you like to be creative regarding problem solving and also design and creativity?
As a Project Manager ABW within the Real Estate department/AB Tetra Pak you will be responsible for ensuring consistent and adequate Facility Management products and services supporting Tetra Pak core business.
The focus of this position will be the Activity Based Working (ABW) implementation programme at Lund site and you will as PM lead ABW roll out projects including facilitating the change journey and managing the deliverables for the projects.
Furthermore, will you also work with relocation and transformation projects and support Real Estate management in site planning activities.
You will report to the Manager Real Estate Management with a dotted line to the ABW concept manager.
Main responsibilities
-Lead projects for ABW implementation at Lund site
-Manage stakeholders in the different organisations
-Secure alignment with ABW concept, guiding principles and overall ABW business case
-Participate in the continuous improvement of the ABW concept
-Consolidate improvement input from the implementation projects
Qualifications
The person we are looking for is an informal leader with excellent communication skills. You are able to keep a holistic view as well as a detailed perspective. To be successful in this position you need to have a strong personal drive, can create
buy-in with important stakeholders and are good at collaborating with others.
We believe that you have several years of experience from project management with keeping budgets and time plans. Experience from of Activity Based Working or working with process and change management is required. You have relevant education within Project Management. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
