We are looking for a project manager to join Additional Materials Integrated Supply Chain team to contribute driving activities in our digital program and ISC projects.
You will be a Project Manager who drives planning, implementation and close out of both ongoing and new projects impacting the Supply Chain in Additional Materials covering Digital transformation in AM and Integrated Supply Chain.
Our digital projects’ scope might vary from driving small apps development to production improvements with digital tools to logistic optimization.
You will be reporting to our Digital Program Manager and be a part of our Integrated Supply Chain team.
What you will do
As our new Project Manager, you will be working with several stakeholders in your project environment: team members are based in plants all over the world, central teams, GIM and external suppliers.
You will focus on:
• Drive the activities related to the Digital / ISC projects in Additional Materials assigned to you: support in scope definition, build an engaged project team depending on scope approved, manage project according to process and report to Steering group; plan and organize all activities to achieve the scope with the support of a more experienced team in ISC AM project organization
• Contribute in deploying strategy both for Digital and Integrated Supply Chain projects
This position is a temporary position (until 30th of June 2021) and is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are
We believe you are result and detail oriented, with the ability to use informal authority and organizational skills to drive and coordinate activities. You are a team player and you possess good presentation skills. To be successful in this role we believe that you have good communication skills as well as good organizational and planning capabilities.
You hold a university degree within engineering, finance or management and have at least 3-5 years’ of experience as project manager, preferably within the digitalization area. It is beneficial if you have experience within OT (Operational Technology) safety.
Your English skills are excellent, spoken as well as written.
