Kvalifikationer
- You are an experienced Project Manager with successful implementations and rollout projects behind you.
- You have experience from SAP.
- You still enjoy delivering on an operational level and has driven successful projects with these components.
- You have proven experience of building a strong collaborative project team across multi locations and interacting with different cultures is a necessity.
- Your (business) English is excellent both verbal and written. Any proficiency in Swedish would be beneficial.

Location; Preferably Stockholm but due to development of the corona situation most of the time will most likely be working from your home office. Work will be carried out mainly in Stockholm, but you will have several members sitting remote.


Job Description
As a project manager it is your mission to run projects from idea to implementation. Here they are setting up a new business model, focusing on the delivery and financial leasing process. Areas to be covered is; Logistics, Finance, BI, System Integrations and their backend system SAP. They need your help to manage this, decide the approach, plan for it and finally execute with some skilled Business and IT colleagues and external partners when required.

Leading this project means coordinating their internal resources both business and IT representatives, managing dependencies to other projects/streams and continuously following up on progress and costs towards a tough time plan. Your scope will be their business area Europe and you will work with a team of about ~20 people. Final scope and requirements to set which give you the opportunity to influence how you want to structure this in the most efficient way.

You will be placed in the European IT Project Management office and report operationally to the portfolio manager of the stream where this project belongs and functionally to the Head of the PMO.

You are generally interested in technology, Business and IT deliverables and have a high interest in accelerating the digital agenda. Being responsive and enjoy working in a truly dynamic and international environment with global coordination describes you.
Interaction with project team members and key stakeholders is your passion. This requires a relationship building personality and an excellent sense for business and priorities. You create strong follow-up structures, are good at managing Steering Committee meetings and seek clarity, alignment and clear decisions on how to progress throughout the project. You do not fear transparency and flag any concerns early. You need to be hands-on and, in the details, while able to consolidate and filter information based on context and audience.

Admission and Application
Full time position. The position will start 2021-01-18, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-07-21 with possibility of extension.
