* Having minimum, a bachelor’s degree (Science)

* Adaptive to a working environment with a high tempo and to different project challenges
* Experience of working as a Project Manager or with related roles (within leadership)

Below is meritous:
* Experience of working with electrical and Controls: Switchgear, electrical installation, generator, transformer and control system. Electrical engineering tools such as Comos, Auto cad etc.
* Experience of working with R&D process or similar
* Microsoft project experience

Responsibilities
* The Project Managers at D&S are responsible to execute projects within given project frames such as time, budget, scope and quality
* Responsible for the operational leadership within package development projects (Minor or medium size projects)
* Project resource management
* Create and maintain project plans in Microsoft Project
* Responsible for the total project budget
* Regular follow up and reporting of project status
* Break down project overall demands/given frames from the customer to a feasible project delivery
* Coordination and interaction with contacts and interfaces through the whole Company

At Development & Standards (D&S) we are approximately 130 employees and consultants.

D&S is working with product development as the core business and we work mainly with the Gas Turbine package - comprising all software and hardware necessary for optimal operation and performace of the Core Engine.

You would be a part of the Project Management office (PMO) with a energetic and supportive group of project Managers. We strive to be professional D&S project managers towards our interfaces within the company. PMO handles Minor or medium R&D projects within several project portfolios.
