Responsibilities
The Project Manager at LumenRadio is key-person that make sure we release new products on time, within budget and scope. You will use your leadership skills to ensure product development projects meet targets. As Project Manager you are a culture bearer and as such lead by example and sets a high standard for a good working environment and great teamwork. Responsibilities as Project Manager are mainly: 
Lead internal projects and customer projects
Decision making about project execution
Project planning, follow up and  reporting
Develops and improves development processes
Creates structure for efficient execution and good handover to line organization


Qualifications
To make the story of LumenRadio successful we believe that you have
2 full years of experience in product development (software or hardware)
Excellent leadership skills (plan, structure, lead)
Very good ability to lead meetings and conduct presentations
Experience of successful product development
English written and spoken

In this position, we also believe that you would benefit from experience within
Project risk management
Experience of process development
Previous formal project manager experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Swedish written and spoken

When working at LumenRadio it is important that you are self-motivated, goal- and customer oriented and flexible.  We believe you are structured and have planning and organization skills together with conflict management skills and excellent time/task management ability. As Project Manager decision making and a service-minded approach will be important skills  in your day to day work.
