Project Manager ATEX

Role and responsibilities
Based in our Stockholm headquarters you will belong to ATEX, a semi remote team with members in different parts of the world and we thrive in the flexibility that offers us.
As the Project Manager you will be involved in pretty much everything within ATEX.
For example:
Handle recruitment and maintenance of our Swedish panel together with panel management
Be highly involved in the global panel roll-out and set requirements on our partners to ensure cost efficient recruitment and high panel quality.
Work as second line support for panel members and ensure all FAQs are relevant and updated
Project leader for our marketing activates
Plan and facilitate ATEX quarterly conference and onboard new team members

All in close collaboration with all team members and other internal stakeholders as well as our vendors and customers.
We are looking for
1-3 years of work experience with a relevant education within business or research
You are a doer with an entrepreneurial mindset
You have strong social skills and build long-lasting relationships.
You are detail oriented, good on making priorities and optimizing on business value.
If you also have experience working with panels and / or digital advertising you will have us jumping up and down with excitement!
