The role
Within a growing company comes a growing need for project management. In this position you will have a key role in the company as our projects span across the entire organization from IT, product development to projects for continuous improvements. In other words, this is a broad role where all days are different.
You will be planning and managing projects, as well as overseeing and executing preliminary and proof of concept studies across the different departments. You will be balancing daily operation with more strategic tasks to strengthen our project management processes together with your project leader colleague.
You will be reporting to the Sr Continuous Improvements and Quality Manager and be part of a team responsible for PMO, lean and quality constituting of four colleagues.
Tasks
• Plan, coordinate, drive and manage projects in Atlas Antibodies’ broad project portfolio as part of the PMO team.
• Organize project and allocate resources in collaboration together with resource owners
• Ensure project member engagement, awareness, training and implementation of controlled documents.
• Report project status to stakeholders and project committee (PCM).
• Risk analysis and requirement management.
• Contribute to strengthening our project methodology and project management processes.
Your profile
We are eager to find a new colleague that, like us, are dedicated, ambitious and thrive in a developing environment. We believe you are an experienced Project Manager with relevant work experience from the Life Science industry. You have the ability to motivate and engage people and possess excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and externally.
Qualifications
• BSc or MSc within life science such as Civ. engineer in biotechnology, chemical engineering or similar.
• Experience working as project leader in the life science industry -and previous experience from product development projects
• Experience with projects involving IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics365)
• Knowledge in Lean & Six Sigma and comfortable implementing lean tools
• Result driven, with “can do” attitude
• Fluent in English in both speech and writing
