THE AXIS COMMUNICATIONS ACADAMY TEAM The Axis Communications' Academy is a centralized training unit within Axis. Our goal is to provide the local trainers in the subsidiaries with the best in network video training. We offer general and specific training programs, logistical support, and we develop the overall training strategy for Axis Communications. JOB DESCRIPTION The Project manager will be responsible for planning and executing tasks within the scope of the academy. Our subsidiaries have requested the ability to offer a formal certification to our partners. The project manager's most imminent project would be to get a LMS or equivalent solution in place. The next step would be to work on a solution for providing online training to Axis' partners. These tasks are important to give us the tools we need to better leverage our training and to support the growth rate of Axis Communications. Within the Academy team you will get the opportunity to explore and to be creative in order to deliver great training solutions to our colleagues in the subsidiaries. You will be working with competent colleagues in an agile environment.
