Project Manager - Axis Connected Device Services

Your future team
EPS (Enterprise and Partner Solutions) department is responsible for developing Axis Service Platform as an enabler for partners to utilize device capabilities and build their solutions and innovations. You will lead a number of agile teams within Axis Service Platform Program with focus on developing Axis connected device services and device management solutions. Both you and the teams cooperate closely with a wide range of cross functional teams within Axis.

What you will do as a Project Manager
As a Project Manager you will work closely with Axis Service Platform Program to ensure that requirements, priority and scope from product managers, partners and other stakeholders are clear. You will also own a number of teams backlog and be responsible for delivery, towards the Service Platform Program. Plan and coordinate cross teams, to track progress and resolve dependencies, risks and issues will also include in your work tasks.

As a Project Manager you will also:

* Communicate in a timely and professional way and support decision making within Service Platform Program
* Take leadership and support continuous improvements in way of working

Who are we looking for?
We love to see that you have a Master's degree in computer science, or other engineering background. You probably have SW development experience and proven track record in SW project management. Experience in leading cloud development isconsidered is a plus. As a person you have energy and a drive to lead and succeed. You listen, are humble and easy to interact with.

* Have good interpersonal skills to interact with different roles and interfaces, including agile teams, product managers, management teams, internal and external stakeholders
* Are eager to learn, have ability to understand, convey complex concepts into concise messages and tangible plans
* Enjoy and are fully engaged in this role and the responsibilities described above, at the same time you have the willingness to grow
