Preparation for future leaders/International Assignment Description of the position: We are currently looking for high potential candidates to be trained as Black Belts and work in ITT Flygt Value Based Six Sigma (VBSS) organization for two to three years in leading cross functional / cross-site projects to improve critical business processes. Major Responsibility of Black Belts: Lead improvement projects within the value center and effectively coordinate these projects with the VBSS champions and other improvement project teams. Manage the development and maintenance of methods and systems. Provide necessary training and coaching to team members. Ensure projects are integrated with other business activities, improvement projects, and business strategy. Ensure 2-way communication throughout the organization for VBSS. Professional and Educational Background: Master or Bachelors Degree, pref. in Engineering + 5 years of experience from manufacturing industry or equivalent Experience from sales/marketing or equivalent Excellent skills in English, both spoken and written Good PC and software skills Good understanding of statistical analysis methods Preferred skills: Green Belt Certification or equivalent Proven experience in leading improvement teams Prior supervisory experience Personal Qualities: Analytical, customer focused, result oriented, innovative, excellent communication and presentation skills, leadership potential, team building capabilities You must be prepared for extensive international travelling with short and long term relocation worldwide.
