We are now looking for a Project Manager for smaller Board and Paper industry Improvement project deliveries in Scandinavia and EMEA.
As a Project Manager you will manage customer projects so that customers receive the specified deliveries according to contracts and in agreed schedule. In this role, you will have an overall control and responsibility over your projects but also be part of the sales phase. You will follow the project economy and update estimates together with the controllers. In addition, you will act as the customer contact during the project execution and warranty time and participate in site execution operations (installation, start-up and customer training).
You will belong to a team of Project Managers from Finland, Sweden, Spain, Poland and France and you will work closely with our sales and engineering organizations to also plan the preproject and solution.
What you’ll need to be successful in the role
Technical education (M.Sc., B Sc. or corresponding).
Good experience and knowledge (minimum 5 years) in project management and/or working as chief engineer in demanding customer projects.
Knowledge of paper industry machines & processes.
Skills to manage multi-technology projects and project teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Swedish & English, both written and oral. Other languages are an asset.
Readiness to travel to our customers occasionally, mainly in Scandinavia but sometimes also outside.
