Project Manager Business Change

Your mission
In this impactful position, you’re responsible for the timely, cost-efficient and sustainable execution of business change projects. You plan, monitor and manage the approved projects from initiation until implementation and lead and coordinate the project planning, resourcing and staffing. You monitor progress, identify potential risks and delays and timely recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource changes if necessary. You support the Seco Tools management, project team members and regularly report to various stakeholders of the project.
This job allows for a flexible working location. Acting in a global environment, international travel will occur.

Your profile
We’re looking for a skilled, energetic professional with comprehensive, preferably international, experience in leading production or supply organizations and you ideally have a university degree in Manufacturing or Engineering. You have an understanding of manufacturing processes, transformations, behavior and drivers of people, together with detailed experience in leading projects and business changes.
Being analytical, result oriented, structured and thorough allows you to keep an overall view and at the same time, spot the details that make the difference. With your great communication skills, you build networks and relationships across cultural borders. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in both verbal and written English.
