Job description
As a Project Manager in Business Development, you will be responsible for translating business needs into requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, executing on solutions and ensuring they are meeting the expectations of the business. In this role, you will develop and advance business projects to ensure that Epidemic is exceeding the wants and needs of our partners while providing the best value.
The ideal candidate must have solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the ability to communicate in both English and Swedish, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Reporting
This role will report directly to SVP Central Business Development
Responsibilities:
Conduct strategic analysis, customer/competitor research, and market sizing on specific industries, region, and verticals within each Business Development project
Evaluate information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, breakdown high-level information into details and prioritize requests based on business needs, as well as accurately translate business and customer requirements in a clear, concise manner
Develop, launch, and document new processes and workflows for the Business Development department
Create and update requirements, procedures, processes and project deliverables
Participate in the development of business solutions by analyzing, interpreting and evaluating various precedents and data; develop alternative solutions while identifying risks and benefits
Present and explain project requirements and outcomes to various stakeholders, including product and tech teams, as well as business leaders
Build, present, and explain business cases for external and internal opportunities to various stakeholders, including product and tech teams, as well as business leaders (i.e. new product features, promoting partner products, etc.)
Assist in other ad-hoc Business development Projects as requested by senior management
Research and analyze and recommend deal terms for new partnerships to SVP of Business Development and other senior management members
Identify and qualify new partnerships
Lead and or assist in meetings with new and potential partners to investigate and explore new partnership opportunities and or improved deal terms
Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis efforts related to research, exploration and evaluation of new growth opportunities
Leading role in FP&A related work including annual budgeting and quarterly re-forcasting
Work closely with affiliates within Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Finance, legal, and DSP partnerships in current and new growth projects
Take on other duties, roles and responsibilities as assigned and or self-assigned
Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, profitability and increase overall development of current and future growth projects
