Project Manager - Business Development @ Group R&D

We design and develop the very best wheelchairs and mobility support systems to aid our users around the world. We are looking for a project manager to help us in developing our Product Development Processes and support the management in Strategy Development and preparing Decision Meetings.

We have a Global R&D organization and are continuously improving our ways of working together by introducing global common processes. We do mechanical, electronics and software engineering and being in the MedTech environment, many of our processes are governed by regulations.

The successful candidate has a strong professional background within project management, process development in an R&D context and with management consultant skills. You should enjoy teamwork, drive deliverables, and have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish.

Your Role:
Coordinate and drive the development of our Global PDP Process
Support the team of Project Managers in development of our Project Model, such as project planning, resource allocations, project portfolio management and project status visualization
Support the R&D Management Team in Strategy and Business Plan development
Prepare pre-read and agendas for quarterly Product Board and monthly Project Steering Group Meetings

Qualifications:
An academic degree, BSc or MSc in Engineering
Experience as a Project Manager
Experience from process development in an R&D context
Management consultant skills such as making good holistic PP presentations, describing complicated topics in an easy understandable way
Project model knowledge
Fluent written and spoken English

It is a big bonus if you also have experience from working in an international setting with multi-site MedTech development.
