Project Manager, Business Intelligence

Swegon is building a global BI solution for the group. This work is carried out cross-functionally and the purpose is to strengthen our innovative and reporting capacity. Our organization has several source systems that feed into a central data warehouse. Information from the data warehouse is used for decision-making in all areas of the business, with an initial emphasis on financial analyses.

About the position
We are looking for a creative Business Intelligence Project Manager to join our growing BI Team to deliver innovative Business Intelligence Solutions. As team project manager you will have contact surfaces across a range of different stakeholders. You will work alongside business users, BI developers and technical teams to deliver fruitful data projects. With your inspiring leadership, you will play an important role to guide the team forward efficiently and with growth. Together, you will scope, customize, and ensure effective delivery of enterprise data and analytics initiatives.             

Areas of responsibility:


• Develop and manage project plans from beginning to end by working collaboratively within Agile principles throughout the product life cycle.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Present and articulate solutions to management and/or project stakeholders and others while interfacing with technical resources, business owners, end users, and management.
• Dive into data analysis to assist the team when required.

Your profile
To enjoy this position we believe you have the ability to find new solutions to old problems without missing the long-term strategies. You see logic and connections in complex environments and you use appropriate communication strategies to exchange information as well as to detect and resolve possible misunderstandings. You prefer to work according to a clear process, organize and plan the work well as well as complete what has been started.

You are a professional with an overall understanding of the business Intelligence needs of a multinational business. You are experienced in project management and software development.

Requirements:


• Relevant work experience within BI Management
• Knowledge of Microsoft's various BI tools, such as T-SQL, Power BI, SSIS, SSAS
• Experience of financial consolidation & operational reporting within a global company
• Experience from software development
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
