Job Description

If so, then the role as Project Manager Change at Womenswear might be your next step!
The Womenswear Assortment offers you the chance to really make a change and play a crucial role in the progress of our organization. As Project Manager Change you report directly to the Head of Assortment for H&M Womenswear, one of the world’s largest women’s clothes brands. You will work closely on key projects together with the Womenswear Implementation & Change Responsible (ICR) as well as Assortment managers to:
Set and secure a change plan with clear activities, timelines, deliverables and goals.
Drive implementation and change of method, processes, tools etc. until business effects are achieved.
Closely follow-up and secure actions on progress and business effects.

Another big part of the role would include collaboration with other functions and stakeholders within the H&M Group. This work would include:
Working closely with stakeholders to create a detailed change management plan for Womenswear Assortment and contribute to cross-functional sync.
Support in identifying project risks related to current way of working and people and organizational readiness. Communicate and raise risks to the right stakeholders and create mitigation plans.
Create, drive and follow-up local implementation plans to ensure benefit realization.



Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you are an action-oriented team player that loves to connect with people, taking ownership of your assignments and driving them forward. Navigating a complex global organization with many senior stakeholders your business acumen, ability to prioritize and to engage and activate people are key. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, being able to deliver key messages in a clear way.
We’d love to meet someone who:
Has 1-3 years’ experience from being a project manager or management consultant, with a proven track record from driving projects in complex international organizations.
Has a strategic and process driven mindset, being able to connect details to build a big picture.
Has a drive with the ability to make things happen towards a clear vision & goals.
Is solution oriented and with a mindset to act, learn and adapt.
Has a relevant academic degree.
Is fluent in English, both verbally and written.
