Then you might be the one we are looking for to join us at Communications, one of the departments within Corporate Marketing with global responsibility for the Axis Brand, corporate communications & PR, thought leadership, social media, events as well as marketing communications.
Who is your future team?
Communications is a unit within Corporate Marketing responsible for group brand strategy, all general corporate, editorial and marketing communication, as well as channels such as events, customer experience center, PR, blog, eNewsletters.
The unit is overall responsible to, ensure consistency in marketing communications throughout the organization.
As Project Manager, Communications you report to the Director of Communications placed at our head quarter in Lund and will be overall responsible for project management within the unit.
What you'll do here as Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced and communicative Project Manager to join the Communications team. As a cross functional communications project manager, your main responsibility will be to plan and manage the development of various brand and communication initiatives and projects involving several key stakeholders within the organization.
In your daily work you will manage projects from start to end making sure that work processes are followed, deadlines are kept and that the communication flows smoothly between the teams and stakeholders. The role calls for change management skills, leadership and project management in order to make sure we deliver with excellence.
Main responsibilities:
* Securing excellent project management within brand and communication projects
* Making sure we have full visibility and planning on all ongoing projects within Communications.
* Implement new ways of working and planning in order to support the organization.
* Drive multiple projects including project and time planning, allocating project resources, team- and stakeholder management, project status and administrative routines
Who are you?
We believe you are an experienced project manager and have accurate education or experience in the relevant field. Further you have considerable work experience, from branding, communications and marketing, with a strong commercial drive. You should have experience in leading multiple brand and communication projects and working with mixed teams and disciplines such as marketers, creatives, content providers, HR, Sales, management, either from marketing and/or communications department or an agency. Preferably from global companies.
We believe you have a curious mindset, that you love change management and to drive and, organize projects. You have a strong commercial drive and enjoy and value teamwork. You are good in scoping complex projects/activities making them easy to grasp and understandable. You have good ability to apply a holistic view in your work and see how different parts connect. We believe that you are structured, service minded and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment with many stakeholders in different disciplines.
You should be able to work both independently and in teams, handle multi-tasking work and plan and prioritize tasks based on different deadlines. Excellent Swedish and English skills are essential.
