Marketing & Communications Department is a global function that consist of 450 employees at the Head Office in Stockholm and supports all 74 markets around the world. The department has the responsibility to build the H&M brand, internally and externally when it comes to brand awareness, attraction, and loyalty. The department constantly drives change making sure that H&M’s communication is customer oriented, relevant, and aligned with our brand DNA. We are now looking for a Project Manager and Communications Specialist to join our Internal Communication Team.
Job Description
As a Project Manager and Communications Specialist you have the strategic and operational responsibility to initiate, lead, execute and follow-up on internal communications projects. You communicate proactively and reactively with our employees through our internal communications channels, and by doing so contribute to driving brand awareness, attraction, and loyalty. You enable and support our Business units, Regions, Central and Markets to deliver on their plans and strategies, through trustworthy and transparent communication. As part of the Internal Communications team and the Communications department, you will contribute to the overall goals of the team and department and responsible for execution and implementation. You will collaborate with other stakeholders, internal and/or external, in developing new ways of communicating or formats to improve and to increase engagement internally. Key responsibilities include:
Lead and/or take part in communication activities (such as internal communications network, communications alignment, mentorship program, town hall meetings etc.)
Set communication plans and strategies.
Execution, implementation, and hands-on work within projects; set up and lead workshops, arrange events, lead meetings, etc.
Production of communications material; presentations, guidelines, images, films, messages, statements, and distribution and publish information connected to the projects in relevant channels.
Responsible for setting KPIs, follow up, evaluation and learnings from the projects.
Act as communications advisor and support central functions, leaders local/regional team in internal communications topics connected to the change/crisis.
Provide leaders with updated and relevant information about changes and/or crisis within the brand, to give them the best prerequisites to communicate with their teams.

You have a formal education within Communication &/or Marketing, if not, at least 3 years’ experience from similar positions and/or within Project Management/Communications.
You have excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge in other languages is meriting
You have strategic experience in Corporate & Internal & Crisis Communication
A proven track record of delivering and executing communication strategies that drive business results
Experience of leading and motivating team members working on projects
