Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Scania Project Office is the master of excellence for project management and is responsible for large cross functional projects at Scania. As a project manager at the Project Office you will lead and manage your project within the whole company and be close to both project members and executives at Scania.
We run projects in an dynamic and international environment where you as project manager have the opportunity to make a difference with good leadership and engagement.
We are now recruiting a project manager to run a larger compliance program. The role is to lead and manage a program with several individual projects in areas like IT-system and legal processes.
Main responsibilities:
• Establish a program organisation at Scania to implement a compliance related framework
• Define the scope, time schedule with corresponding cost
• Manage the project team towards set targets
• Work cross-functional with many stake holders
• Identify need for process and organisational changes
• Follow-up agreed actions and raise risks for delays
• Communicate and organise effective cross-functional steering groups
Profile:
You have an academic legal or master degree with relevant experience in legal or compliance related topics.
We also see that you have experience as Project Manager with proactive approach combined with good follow-up skills. It is of advantage with leadership and/or managerial experience. As a person you see possibilities and great challenges when managing large cross functional projects. You are well structured and motivated to take on new tasks and meeting new people, both in small and large groups.
Meritorious is experience and knowledge about Export Control.
You need to be fluent in English, both written and oral.
