Kognic is a fast-growing startup on a mission to make cars pass their vision test. We provide our clients with the ground truth information to build and validate their systems and the insights to know they have the right data for their use case. That means we provide the labels telling what is in the data.
The team
Customer Success is the client's best friend. We are here to make the experience of Kognic phenomenal by helping the clients get the most out of the Kognic Platform.
The role
As a Customer Success Manager at Kognic you will act as a partner, coach, project manager or product expert - depending on what the situation requires.
You will be at the heart of things, both within Kognic and in the interface with our customers. We are depending on you to build strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers and work closely with them on a daily basis to ensure that they get the most out of their engagement with Kognic. You don’t do this alone, you will be a part of and lead account teams together with Perception Experts, Data Delivery Managers and Account Managers.
In this role, you are a part of shaping the future of Kognic by being the expert of our clients and ensuring our position in the market by continuously growing our client base and retaining satisfied customers. You will work closely with Product Management and our Engineering teams and communicate to them what our customers need today and what they want in the future.

- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- University degree in business, economics, engineering or similar and/or previous experience of project management/project coordination
- Have a creative state of mind in connection to sales
We see it as a big bonus if you have previous experience in working with automotive sensors (lidar, radar, camera), AI, Machine Learning or Computer Vision!
