Project Manager Data Management

Role: Project Manager Data Management (Fixed-Term Contract of 4-5 months)
Job Purpose:
Ensuring up to date data setup in GS1 system Validoo when it comes to product texts and images so that correct information is stored in customer systems and displayed towards consumers. Coordinate review of recommended shelf prices for 2024*.


Responsibilities:
Validate texts and images in Validoo for Haleon portfolio
Familiarize yourself with GS1 system (training will be provided as needed)
Inventory overview of available text hierachies (headline, body copy) and images (2D, 3D)
Validate all text with relevant functions; update content where needed
Validate all images with relevant functions; update & upload with right naming
Manage creation of content with relevant functions where gaps are identified


Recommended shelf price updates
Validate/update all recommended shelf prices to be valid as of April 2024*
Coordinate with brand managers
Provide insights and intelligence as needed.


Skills and Qualifications
Proven project management experience with a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability; ability to prioritize.
Solid interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Sweden also preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn new software and systems.



Preferred Qualifications
Previous success in project management tasks.
Post-secondary education diploma or equivalent.
Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of P&L elements
5 years of experience in commercial or project management role
