PROJECT MANAGER DATA PRIVACY - Stockholm / remote

We are searching for a self-sufficient and driven Project Manager to be responsible for directing and organising efforts across the organisation to handle personal data in unstructured formats, such as email, shared drives, cash management, and physical archiving. Implementation and coordination of GDPR standards for data privacy transfer. Coordination and implementation of a digital system to support the Transfer Impact Assessment. Increase the adoption of Data Privacy by Design and Default.
Your primary tasks will be as follows:
Analyze and translate the company's privacy needs into real outputs.
Integrate and operationalize GDPR regulations throughout the enterprise by driving your own project deliverables and activities while partnering with the line of business.
Incorporate the requirements into the appropriate policies, processes, and job instructions.
Create a control framework with the line organisation so that they may effectively manage their unstructured personal data.
Identify delivery challenges and risks, provide professional advice for mitigation solutions, and escalate concerns as needed.
Contribute actively to the program's strategy, culture, and alignment with the company's business strategies and deadlines.
The task necessitates the acquisition of certain knowledge and abilities.


A minimum of 5-10 years of expertise in financial or consulting services is required.
Extensive experience in change management efforts.
GDPR regulatory experience is a significant asset.
Vendor procurement experience is required.
Excellent business analysis and change management abilities.
Drive cooperation through effective stakeholder involvement and senior-level management.
Risk attitude — you must be proactive in identifying, understanding, and acting on present and future risks.
Process enhancement with an emphasis on user design and control.
Mindset of curiosity
Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
Excellent presenting skills and business savvy.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced workplace, be adaptive, and work autonomously.
The working language is English, with Swedish as a bonus.
