Project Manager - Digital Software Solutions & Services

VEM is looking for a multifaceted project manager who will lead one of the biggest projects within the entire Husqvarna Division.

 

About the Position

As Project Manager you will lead one or a few software projects within the section handling digital solutions for the products and services regarding the professional users. These are some of the biggest and most prioritized projects within the entire Husqvarna Division, with many stakeholders and sponsors involved. As Project Manager you are tasked with managing software/service and product development projects on time, with the right scope, right cost and quality. This to support and enable the product and services launch ambitions.

 

The role as a Project Manager is highly varied, and your focus will shift between different functions and different levels of detail throughout the project. As you plan and lead all high-level activities throughout the projects you also report project status, formulate recommendations and seek decisions from the Steering Committee. To be able to achieve this, you need to work proactively with all relevant stakeholders, securing that the necessary communication flows freely. As a vital part of leading and managing the project team you formulate and manage solutions to project deviations together with the project team.

 

About You

You are a goal oriented and structured problem solver, but also pragmatic enough to look for solutions in line with the conditions characterizing an agile organization. To present and drive your initiatives forward adapting your approach to the partly varied characteristics of different stakeholders and personalities, comes natural to you. Likewise, you possess the ability to regularly shift focus from a detailed to high level view.

 

You have at least five years of relevant successful experience from managing teams, planning, budgeting, financial follow-up, risk management etc. To qualify for this position, you have a university degree in relevant area and being a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner or equivalent is meritorious. As project manager you are a clear communicator, fluent in Swedish and English, written as well as spoken.

Good to know

You report to Project Portfolio Manager and the position is located in Huskvarna. However, over time you can work about 50% remote. In this recruitment process, we have adapted a continuous selection of candidates and we wish to have your application before the 19th of January.
