Your role and responsibilities

As a member of a regional PMO team in Europe, you will carry out digital projects in Sweden and, if required, other European nations.
The role reports to Head of Project Management Office.
Plan the project activities and resources from execution to delivery, according to time, budget, and scope with high quality assurance.
Monitor progress and tracking roadblocks, managing project risks.
Build a strong team around you, strive to show leadership, and have the confidence to change the status quo.
Run several projects at the same time, in varying sizes.

Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and highly skilled internal teams.
Stay updated on industry best practices and project management methodologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery

Qualifications for the role
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within software engineering, or equivalent.
Background in project management, preferably at least 3 years.
Experience of running industrial projects is merited.
Flexible and digital mindset, eager to learn and grow.
Communicative personality motivated by accomplishments and collaborative spirit.
Scrum Master certification would be advantageous.
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike, is required.
