This could be your chance to get to work with a team that shares the same passion. We are now looking for an Ecommerce Operations Project Manager to join our Digital Strategy.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you are responsible for developing and optimize logistics outbound flows, returns, and payments for our e-com channel. That means, that you lead the business requirements for the development of the user experience related to freight/shipping/returns, and payments. You are the project manager for driving the development roadmap and the point of contact when it comes to handling internal and external parties involved.
Our goal is to offer smooth and great user experience by expanding the payment & delivery choices for our users (customers). In same time, increase our efficiency in all our processes internally. This is a full-time temporary position with start date as soon as possible. We are currently working in a hybrid mode, with 2-3 days per week in the office. This role reports to the Head of Digital Strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsible for the e-com operations development in the following areas: outbound shipping (incl last mile solutions), return handling, payments, packaging etc.
Drive implementation of e-com/digital projects in above areas and be the glue between E-com, Logistics, Warehouse Ops, Finance and Customer Service teams
Project Manage different initiatives and ensure projects have a proper governance, are delivered with on time, on budget and on scope. Follow up on benefit realization post-project go-live.
Secure handover to all department teams of the process changes & secure ownership within the business teams
Support in defining business requirements, development specifications & UAT in projects
Create, end-to-end map and document routines and operational procedures for logistics, shipping, returns and payments related to current AS-IS set up and future developments
Establish strong ways of working with Logistics and Warehouse teams
Map out the post-order customer journey and experience for different markets, identify struggles, gaps and recommend actions to improve
Perform various analysis of internal data (e.g. customer complaints, carrier networks per market, prices) & assists in preparing business cases.
Perform various market research & competitor benchmarks in these areas and come forward with recommendations for improvement
WHO YOU ARE
We think you would be a great match for the position if you have:
A Bachelor degree within a relevant area
4+ years of work experience in an e-commerce environment especially within logistics and payments
Experience in working with ops development projects like implementing last-mile delivery, new payment options, optimizing return processes.
Either skilled project manager in the e-com operations area, or e-com operations business developer with strong project management skills
A strong numerical & analytical ability
