We see a strong demand for developing electrical drivelines both within our industrial and marine segment. It is vital that you know product development and you have experience from industrializing products or services yourself. Since we are in a transformation phase, it is important that you feel comfortable in a changing environment where all requirements are not fully defined. You will most likely also be part of developing new processes where needed. You and your team will be responsible for the R&D budget, technical development and verification and production preparation. To build trust with stakeholders and line management it is necessary to be a good communicator/listener and least but not last you shall have a proven leader ship talent.


Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the complete delivery of Product development projects. Project Management Engineering belongs to the PMO and is responsible for the technical part of development projects. The areas of responsibilities are design, verification & validation and manufacturing however you will also be working a lot with product management, aftermarket and purchasing


Competence Profile & Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should:
Have been technical responsible for a product development project through all phases and you have experience from putting a product or service on the market
Preferably have experience from developing electrical drivelines, Energy storage solutions and/or Fuel cells
Have an excellent relationship- and interpersonal skill and you can easily reach across functions, processes and organization when needed. You bring the best out of individuals as well as the organization
