Arbetsbeskrivning
Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Are you our new Project Manager?
Do you have broad experience from working with project management for digital transformation within implementation or development? Are you highly interested in new technology and in a modern way of working? Then you might be our new Project Manager, or as we call it, Evolution Initiative Lead, for Scania Financial Services (SFS).
Digital transformation is going faster and faster and SFS needs to transform accordingly in pace, both internally as well as on the market when moving into the ecosystem of transportation and logistics. At the same time, we are changing from a decentralized way of working to a centralized way, what we call Unity. For this change to happen we have established a Digital Factory where we develop our services for our local markets within SFS. We act as a service provider and are currently at the beginning of our transformation. Therefore, we need you to help us in this evolution and shape the future of SFS together with us.
Your role
In this role, you will have the responsibility for one or several developing projects in our Digital Factory. You will work cross-functional with the applications and develop new solutions that are in demand by our markets or collaborate with other parts of Scania to be able to offer new products.
Here are some examples of what you will do:
• Define Scope and planes, with coordination and planning of activities, connected to deliveries of the service.
• Find the best solution for the problem with our technology and service design specialists, and find the best re-usable solution to meet user and customer needs.
• Improve and fine-tune Way-of-Working, connected to design, lean-agile development, and continuous improvement of the service.
• Align interaction between initiatives and other connecting actives, secure collaboration, and review dependencies.
• Secure continuous improvement and support, services are built with continuous improvement in mind.
The work is on a global level and our environment is in constant change and we build and shape as we run. You will therefore need to have a growth mindset and a pragmatic way of working, but at the same time be able to evaluate, prioritize and act in order to build sustainable and robust solutions that can evolve over time. You will also need to be confident in working and leading virtual teams and resources within different parts of Scania and our Service Providers. This is to enable the co-creation setup and iterative way of working, which is part of our new setup within SFS.
Who are you?
We hope you are a person with a “can-do”-attitude, enjoying working in a constantly changing environment. You have a holistic focus and a business approach. Furthermore, you take initiative and decisions to lead a change forward.
We also see that you have:
• Previous experience in project management driving the development of complex projects and decentralized organizations.
• Expertise in ERP implementation and scaling, preferably with specific competence within D365 and AAF from a business perspective.
• Knowledge of successful change and innovation initiatives in combination with business development.
• An interactive way of working that supports resources and develops best practices around workflows.
• Be able to create structure and keep order in an environment that is under change.
• Fluent in English both oral and in writing.
