Our Great Opportunity
We are now looking for a result-oriented Project Manager for Filter and Antenna products to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure that we have the right scope, quality, time and cost in our product development. As a Project Manager you will drive both internal projects, technology development projects as well as external projects towards our suppliers. You will foster a creative and learning culture.
As a Project Manager you will be part of HW Design 2 organization within Product Development Unit Radio in Sweden, who develops Radio Products, both Remote Radio products as well as Active Antenna System (AAS) products.
Our products are embedded Filter Units, Antenna Units, Antenna Filter Units and Site Filters.
You will
Be part of Radio development project in PDU Radio Sweden for embedded Filter and Antenna products
Be involved in internal projects that are Strategic Technology development projects aiming to maintain Technology Leadership in our industry
Contribute to develop processes & ways of working with continuous improvements
Leading and coaching a Project team including 5-10 employees from different organizations; R&D, Sourcing and Supply
Managing projects together with external global suppliers & partners
Securing Product quality together with project team
Share knowledge and learning
Skill Requirements
Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. and minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Min 7 years of working experience in HW development or Supply New Product Introduction
Filter & Antenna Experience is beneficial
Good understanding in Supply and Sourcing areas
Interest and good understanding of R&D and HW development
Experience in project management and change management
Self-driven, result oriented and proactive
Well organized with excellent communication skills
Genuine interest in leadership and strong coaching capabilities
Proficient in English, written and oral
