Nordic Viewpoint is a growing independent market research company in Mölndal that conducts qualitative and quantitative consumer and b2b research in form of group discussions, online forums, telephone interviews and product and user tests, but also in the form of online surveys.
We help companies and organizations understand their target groups and optimize strategies, products and services by collecting data and insights as a basis for decision making.
To continue our exciting journey, we are currently looking for a native Finnish Project Manager to join our team.
Who are you?
- You are native Finnish speaker with excellent written skills
- you enjoy varied tasks and to work in an environment where the pace is at times high
- you are flexible, prestigeless and easily communicate with people
- Since many of our customers are English speaking, we require you to be fluent in English. Knowledge of other Nordic languages is an advantage
More important than your educational background, is your attitude and previous experience. If you have worked in market research, qualitative moderation or at call centers, this is a plus.
What will you do?
As a project manager at Nordic Viewpoint, you lead different types of projects such as group discussion projects, product and user tests, telephone interview projects, etc.
Travel, as well as evening and weekend work may occur and it is important that you are a quick learner and can easily adapt to changes.
You coordinate the different tasks in the projects and delegate them as needed, both to internal and external resources. For some projects, you will be expected to perform some of these tasks yourself, such as recruiting or interviewing participants for the market research projects by phone and email.
Throughout the project, you maintain customer contact and ensure a high level of service ensuring that the results of the projects are of high quality and delivered on time. This requires that you have a good ability to organize and structure the work, both your own and the team's. It is also important that you have the ability to motivate your team members.
