Our Exciting Opportunity
At Ericsson Mobile Financial Services we use Technology for Good as our guiding star. The software we develop; Ericsson Wallet Platform, is now one of the world's largest FinTech products with premium quality. We collaborate to build mobile financial eco-systems which are a cornerstone in the infrastructure of many developing countries, enabling financial services such as peer to peer transfers, payments, disbursements, loans, savings and more, for hundreds of million persons, every day.
Even thou we operate on the global arena we use a small company approach to secure focus on value, right priorities, and short feedback loops. In our Mobile Financial Services headquarters in Karlskrona we are about 100 persons who use the latest and greatest tech and techniques for software development.
We are looking for one moreProject Managerto be part of our energetic team and help lead the software development. We have come far in terms of CI/CD, DevOps and Agile ways of working and hope you want to join us on this exiting journey and evolve the role towards Scrum of Scrums!

You will
Be an active member of the Business Operations team
Mentor a handful of Design Teams and their members in their daily work
Perform status follow up on committed deliveries and communicate status
Actively mentor and support the teams in their agile development
Build and maintain collaborator relations by efficient communication
Collaborate with and support Program Management
Be responsible for committed deliveries can be delivered timely and with agreed quality
Manage backlog and secure that it´s communicated and understood by the teams
Manage risk, find mitigations and raise impediments
Improve efficiency and empower steadfast improvement



To be successful in the role you must have
BSc or higher equivalent education in relevant field
Extensive experience of Software Development
Excellent interpersonal skills and people leadership skills
Consistent record of optimally leading teams
And eye for business and focus on value
A positive and inspiring approach in your everyday work
English proficiency both written and oral
JiRa and Confluence as your native language
Agile principles as your guiding light
