ABOUT THE JOB
In order to deliver to IFS AB Growth Plan FY16 in time as well as to the FY16 business focus in IKEA worldwide ?It all starts with food?, IFS AB has decided to strengthen the Range team with a temporary Project Manager. We are looking for a Project Manager who will work with Product development of food products and you will report to the Range Manager.

ASSIGNMENT
To drive development projects in order to secure the future of our assortment and ensure the optimal width in the product portfolio. It is important to have a close co-operation with markets to ensure participation and roll-out the growth projects. Responsible to build-up the appropriate marketing mix including choice of media, message and target and brief internal and external working partners/agencies to ensure that campaigns and activities are performed and implemented. You will also plan and follow-up on product development, packaging design and marketing plan budget.

YOUR PROFILE
To be successful you have relevant business knowledge and an understanding about markets and customer needs. You have experience of working in a complex, international environment and are capable to build good relationships and to work in teams. You have knowledge of project management, a great interest and the ability to lead and communicate and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

As a person you have a high interest and a passion for Food, you are motivated and driven to exceed your goals and the IKEA values really reflect your own values. You have good knowledge about product development and product development processes according to the stage-and-gate principles. You also have a desire to develop sales and business and an interest in understanding the life situation of the many people on all IKEA markets. You are hungry for knowledge and want to improve your skills and learning, using this to benefit IKEA and grow personally!

This is a full-time job and a temporary employment ending no later than June 30, 2014 and will start as soon as we find the right person!
