Project Manager for client in Sandviken

We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager for our client in Sandviken. The assignment is scheduled to start in december 2021 and last until end of september 2022.
This assignment is a full time position where you will be employed by Poolia as one of our much appriciated consultants.

About the position
Our client is a global leading supplier in equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining and construction industries. Applications include rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunneling and quarrying.

Project Background & Description
A Service Management maturity improvement project, focusing on validating for consistency the entire SMR IT service portfolio, ensuring we have described and documented each service, with clear and agreed SLA performance targets and pricing models, and governance practices. Project will also establish a way of working for ”Service Reviews” between Service Owners and System Owners (business sponsor).

Responsibilities
We’re looking for a resource to cover both Project Management and Service Management Expert roles.

Resource we’re looking for will work actively towards the objectives and:
- Plan the project and manage the project progress and timeline as PM
- Review each Service in SMR IT Service portfolio together with respective Service Owners (What is the service, how is it being provided) and ensure
o Services & Service Offerings are described and documented
o Service governance is defined and documented
o Service Performance Targets are agreed with System Owner and defined in Service Portal
- Define a way of working for SMR IT Service Review to serve as foundation for Service Owner / System Owner active relationship and ongoing dialogue.
- Provide additional structural and consistency/alignment feedback at portfolio level and at Service level from industry best practise perspective.
- Collaborate mainly with Service Owners and the related Service teams
Project will be steered by a Steering Committee and the approach is subject to changes based on their decision.
