PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our divisions in Lund, Sweden. As a Project Manager at Consafe Logistics, you will work in close cooperation with the rest of the operations team securing successful deliveries to our customers.

The role

As a Project Manager at Consafe Logistics , you should act as the main contact towards our customers in a way that creates trust and credibility. Logistical projects are often related to both procedural and organizational changes in the customer business, therefore a structured and communicative leadership will help to make the customer confident in the project progress.

Our projects mostly include implementation of our product Astro WMS ® where you will be handling the whole spectra from large implementation projects for new customers and minor adjustments in existing customer applications.

Responsibilities

- Work according to our project model (Promise)

- Planning, executing, monitoring and controlling project resources, deliverables, milestones, risk and budget

- Plan and manage steering group meeting

- Create and maintain project progress report

- Notify Consafe Logistics project owner and steering group as early as possible of possible risks, deviations, opportunities and necessary actions

- Represent project group and Consafe Logistics towards customer

- Represent customer and project internally

- Evaluate and analyze the project result and contribute to improvements

- Building long term relationships with the customer

- Contribute to an efficient and positive working climate within the project group and the customer

Your profile:

- 5+ years Project Management experience from WMS, IT, logistics, or B2B

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics or related degree

- Open minded with leadership qualities

- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written

Good knowledge and understanding of logistics and/or software projects is important to be successful in this role. Experience of automation and/or warehouse automation is meritorious as well as working with international customers.
