Job Description
We are looking for an engaged Project Manager who is generally interested in technology, Business and IT deliverables and have a high interest in accelerating the digital agenda. Being responsive and enjoy working in a truly dynamic and international environment with global coordination. Our global client is migrating their European eCommerce platform from being On Premise into a Cloud solution, enabling their future within eCommerce. The solution, referred to as Phoenix, covers the end to end functionality of showing consumers the products that they sell, enabling the process of a shopping journey, allowing consumers to choose the products they want to buy, completing payment, invoicing and logistics delivery processes in the majority of their European countries. The eCommerce solution is integrated with other systems, such as product master data, order management, logistics execution and financial accounting etc. The core of this project is a migration of the existing ‘hybris’ eCommerce platform to the newer SAP Commerce Cloud solution. Our client need your help to finalize the third phase of their project, the Migration where they are to migrate the upgraded and reintegrated solution to the new SAP Commerce platform in the Cloud where the shopping experience will continue. The previous phases; the Upgrade of the core SAP Commerce Platform to a newer version and the Integrate where they move integrations to work through SAP Cloud Platform Integration will be completed by end of June, when this third phase will commence. The duration of the Migrate phase is foreseen to take about three months, targeting a completion date somewhere in October 2021. You will execute with some skilled Business, IT colleagues and external partners. Leading this project means coordinating their internal and external resources both business and IT representatives, managing dependencies to other projects/streams and continuously following up on progress and costs towards the time plan. Your scope will be their business area Europe and you will work with a team of about 15 people. One key part of your assignment is to manage and support their two main external partners, the Solution partner and the Migration partner. Excellent change management and communication skills will help the project deliver on its objectives. The project is run with a mix of Scrum and Waterfall principles. Your main tasks will be to run weekly meetings with vendor, weekly team alignment (Vendors & the customer’s team), bi-weekly Steerco calls. Vendor management, change requests management and admin support (e.g. access to vendors). Costs control (approved Investment vs. additional costs). Timeline management according to the project changes. Alignment with parallel Continuous. Improvement activities, mostly due to environments availability / tenant strategy, as they are shared. Documents organization (make sure there is relevant documents from vendors saved in Sharepoint). You will report operationally to the D2C Commerce Solutions Manager where this project belongs.

As a person you love and excel at leading projects with clear drivers and deliverables and live the word being accountable for the end-to-end activities. Interaction with project team members and key stakeholders is your passion. You have already delivered IT projects within a business environment and can build and drive a project team to deliver on time. This requires a relationship building personality and an excellent sense for business and priorities. You create strong follow-up structures, are good at managing Steering Committee meetings and seek clarity, alignment and clear decisions on how to progress throughout the project. You do not fear transparency and flag any concerns early. You need to be fairly hands-on and in the details while able to consolidate and filter information based on context and audience.

Admission and Application
This is a fulltime assignment (40h/w) starting as soon as possible and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-10-28, with possible extension.
