Project Manager for electrolux

The position
As a Project Manager you will take lead and manage the initiatives Digital Learning and Talent Acquisition Acceleration. You will be a part of the Digital HR team. Part of your project manager role will be to implement and develop new systems and to work with support models and procurement of that. You need to be experienced in system implementations.

About you
We are looking for a experienced project manager preferable within IT/HR. You have previously experience of Cornerstone and has worked within digital learning adoption. It´s positive if you in addition have experience of procurement and management of suppliers as well, as this is going to be a central part of the TA-project.

We need you to be independent and take lead on these two projects. As a project manager you build strong collaborations with key persons within Electrolux. For these projects you will primarily collaborate with the Global Learning Director and Global Talent Acquisition Director among others.

The work load will be at approx. 50% from project start and will increase during the year, in line with the development of the projects.


Qualifications

* Experienced as a Project Manager or similar, preferable within IT or HR.
* Confident leader to take lead.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Experienced in system implementations.
* Experience from working in an international environment is a plus.
