We are seeking a driven and engaged Project Manager to our Transportation west division in Gothenburg. You will be a part of a strong global organization focusing on mainly Engineering R&D Services where you will have the full responsibility of one or more development projects. You will further develop our strong position in this area where we help our customers to transform their products and services.

Your role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, control, lead and coordinate all activities and functions in a project within Electromobility. The projects will have of a global nature, i.e. deliveries will come from the different sites of Capgemini.
The role includes steering the various parts of the project, acting SPOC in some instances, reporting to the steering group and leading the project group and ensuring that things are captured and mitigate/escalate project impediments.
The Project Manager will also be customer facing, meaning that you would be a representative of Capgemini and must always be service minded, solution oriented and skilled in negotiation.
As support, there is a project team consisting of specialists in their respective fields.
Your profile
Requirement
· Senior project manager within Embedded Electronics, Software Domain
· Collaboration with several stakeholders and lead a cross-functional team, globally and locally, to secure all project deliveries
· Project management experience in vehicle electronics / vehicle software/ Vehicle HW from OEM or Tier 1. Meriting if you have managed projects within electrification (battery development/installation, Power Electronics components, or electric drive etc)
· Available within four months
