Project Manager for H&M Group Expansion (Store Concept development)

Project Management Office is a team residing within the newly established Operations & Innovation Team at Group Expansion. Our team is currently evolving so you should be prepared and committed to be part of building our team and setup.
We are now looking for Project Managers focusing on great concept development projects. You will join a highly ambitious team of skilled project managers driving and delivering a diverse portfolio of projects cross all our departments at Group Expansion including Store Design, NCG Purchase &Development, Construction & Facilities, Omnichannel Portfolio and Controlling. You will also work closely with all our brands as well as other business functions such as Business Tech or the Lab. Your main responsibilities:
Project Management:
Responsible for the overall Project Management tasks of assigned projects
Drive the definition process of project scope, purpose, success criteria, expected results and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure business and technical feasibility
Ensure project is set-up and managed in a professional manner
Lead a team and secure efficient collaboration to deliver according to defined project objective and specification
Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and proactively work on mitigating them
Measure and track project performance, progress and outcome.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Map stakeholders based on project specific conditions. Secure a stakeholder management plan (how, when and why to involve each stakeholder). Manage dependencies & enablers connected to the project.
Work with key stakeholders in making sure the project is steered towards its goals, manage changes to project, and secure effective decision making
Ensure that there is ownership and clear responsibilities and expectations from each project member and key stakeholders
