Project Manager for Implementing a New Case Management System |Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Project Manager for Implementing a New Case Management System with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Project managers will lead the upgrade of the IT system and collaborate with employees to develop new work processes. This entails integrating a new application into an existing system and, in some cases, project management for the development of new working methods.
The introduction and upgrading of business systems for Planning and Construction will be the first steps.
Project managers must be a vital link between citizens' and businesses' needs and the ability to move development forward in collaboration with other IT experts.
The task will result in the following:
A written report with accompanying proposals and related activities on future development within the administration plan - and construction.
The report, which is based on the effect goals and benefits that have been identified, will serve as the foundation for long-term work with continued digitization of the business.
A written presentation material that explains and summarises the information presented above. Transfer of knowledge and lessons learned from the implementation and upgrade of the IT system, as well as process development
The assignment must be reported on a continuous basis through reconciliations in accordance with the agreement within the company.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competence and experience is this call's requirements. At least three (3) described assignments that meet the competency and experience requirements must be included in the CV.
Implementation project management experience on the nexus of IT systems and operational issues, with a strong focus on user needs.
Personas, user storey mapping, delivery goals, effect goals / utility maps, or function trees are examples of methods for benefit realisation, requirements management, and/or change management.
The candidate has knowledge of IT systems related to urban planning and has experience in the field of urban planning.
The mission is well-understood.
Understanding of the implementation process, as well as knowledge, experience, and understanding of the implementation process.
Personas, user story mapping, delivery goals, effect goals / utility maps, or function trees are examples of good knowledge and experience in utility realisation, requirements management, and/or change management.


Other:
A good organisational understanding of working closely with different activities both pragmatically (suggest a practical solution) and strategically (holistic view, long-term, relevance with also a reasonableness) and communicate (credible and clear) and produce reports, presentation material that is clear and easy to understand for the target group.
