Project Manager for large Industrial projects

Your work assignments


We need a Project Manager that can partner up and build something new together with our Managers on site. You will be involved in building a completely new department in our Swedish organization where your tasks will consist of leading parts of large industrial projects together with the customer and our own team at Etteplan. As a Project Manager, you will have responsibility for our customer relationships and the assignments we carry out. You will both lead and work actively on your assignments. It can be as a sub-project manager during the construction of a new factory, or during an upgrade of an existing production line, or you can be responsible for a team that works together in a larger work package for a specific customer. We have the benefit to be involved in various ways create the smart and modern factories of the future.


Your profile

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for you who want to grow as a Project Manager. You are a person who enjoys taking on new challenges, is curious, has a positive attitude and likes to take responsibility.


You have a B driving license and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. In addition, you have a college/university degree in a relevant field, as well as several years of experience in heavy industry (e.g. paper, pulp, steel). You also need to have experience in leading a team and an interest in building something new.


It's advantageous if you have sales experience, but having the drive and will to grow within the field is enough for us.
