IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Drive the product development from early concept phase until the product is being produced. This includes responsibility for development, quality assurance, supplier preparation and production preparation
Build project teams creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best
Report project progress and status follow-up to various stakeholders globally

In addition, we expect you to contribute in the continuous work to improve project management, today with high focus on shortening of project lead time by implementation of Lean-Agile methods.
The project teams are often distributed over several development sites globally

WHO YOU ARE:
You have led challenging projects developing products including electronics, software, and mechanics.
You have led project teams with development engineers, purchasers, supplier quality engineers and operations engineers designing production lines.
You have a master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
You have experience from development according to gated processes and Lean-Agile methods.

To succeed in the role as Project Manager, you need to have good leadership skills and the ability to create effective collaboration between different functions and participants.
You are driven with a pro-active mindset always one-step ahead and can empower the project team to achieve set goals.
Our business environment is international and requires fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
