We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Project Manager for Procurement and Implementation with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
For procurement and implementation, the project requires a project manager, which is also the subject of this assignment description. In addition to the usual responsibilities of a project manager, the assignment requires interaction with management system coordinators / needs producers.
It is preferable to begin work as soon as possible in order to be involved from the start in project initiation, resource allocation, project plan, solution design, and so on, in collaboration with Region own employees.
The project objectives are divided into two sections: one for the system itself and one for the structure and working method.
The project's IT system goals are as follows: a functional (installed, tested, and commissioned) new IT system for controlling information in accordance with the requirements description produced.
A smooth integration with the intranet and the caregiver web
The project's structure and working methods goals are as follows: to have a functioning management system for governing information where end users can easily find the governing documents they need in their daily lives and to ensure the quality of the content in the governing documents.
When the project is completed, there must be a well-functioning management system for controlling information that is distinguished by the following characteristics:
A good system that assists employees with their tasks.
Easily accessible and visually appealing, with a focus on usability.
Easy retrieval of information from external information channels
Control management system that provides a good overview.
Possibility of a flexible structure tailored to the company's need for control at all levels.
Joint document control and structure so that you can easily follow the common thread (from national / political to "my" business) and know what I should relate to as a manager and an employee.
Quality-assured and dependable management system for controlling
Support for the work process that ensures the quality of the information, as well as support for the business processes that must be controlled.
Open and ready for use
External channels must be able to consume data in a straightforward, safe, and secure manner.

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Experienced project manager with knowledge and experience in document and information management and management systems in the public sector.
Excellent experience leading IT and digitization projects and collaborating with business representatives as well as technicians.
