Come and join our Project and Service Delivery Team as a project manager, where you will have a broad involvement in our delivery projects.
Are you passionate about working on implementation projects – often with short deadlines, and do you take pride in strong stakeholder management? Are you structured, responsible, service-minded, and great at collaboration? Then you might be our new colleague in our PMO team as a skilled and experienced project manager within delivery projects.
You will take on a role both as a project manager for delivery projects and as a Service Delivery Manager for one or two strategic customers.
The Job:
As a project manager at Ricoh, you will have the opportunity to work on delivery projects already in the sales phase in collaboration with the sales team. From there, it will be your responsibility to plan, manage, and deliver significant hardware and software projects, thereby contributing to growth and increasing customer satisfaction at Ricoh.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for the operations of selected strategic customers. At present, there is a need for you to take on the role of Service Delivery Manager for a customer that requires significant attention and where the agreed process must be followed. High-level security clearance is required to work with this customer.
The Project and Service Delivery team (commonly known as the Professional Service team) is part of the combined Nordic Service Organization, and the team consists of team members from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, and you will report to a Danish manager. Your workplace and affiliation will be in Sweden, where you will work closely with the Swedish organization while also functioning as part of a Nordic team.
The tasks:
Project Manager tasks:
· Plan, execute, and implement hardware and/or software delivery projects in collaboration with sales and support functions
· Responsible for project meetings, workshops, documentation, steering committee meetings, resources, consumption, and most importantly, progress, status, and sign-off
· Prepare project documentation and delivery plans
Service Delivery task:
· Maintain the agreed governance structure with the customer and ensure compliance with our contractual terms regarding operations and SLA
• Submit operational reports and hold subsequent operational meetings with the customer
• Work closely with sales and support functions to ensure strong collaboration with the customer
Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for operational escalations
Your background
You have practical experience with project management, PMI, and/or Prince II and can demonstrate:
• Solid stakeholder management
• Financial management (resources, hours, and change)
• Communication at the steering committee level
• Experience in managing customers where you hold overall responsibility
• Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage
• Experience working as service delivery manager and knowledge about PowerBI and excel
• You are fluent in Swedish and English
Delivering projects on time and within budget is an absolute 'must' for you. You are outgoing and thrive on having influence. You contribute to a positive atmosphere and understand how to collaborate with your own team and your project group at the customer.
You are strong in communication and meeting management. We work across national borders, and it’s an advantage if you enjoy working with people across functions and countries.
Structure, attention to detail, and quality are central to your way of working, although this job sometimes requires a pragmatic approach, which you must also be able to manage.
