About the job
In this job, you’re the one taking lead for various projects connected to our Global Operations. Together with our management and sponsors, you analyze business cases and transform relevant initiatives into actual project charters part of our strategic project agenda as we aim to enhance and develop our business. Your responsibility reaches all the way from initiation to roll out, and you ensure delivery on time, according to budget and within the specified scope of quality for all your projects. You set the overall project plan and to make sure we meet objectives and achieve successful results, you allocate the right resources, ensure efficient use of assets and manage upcoming dependencies, risks and opportunities.

Your interactions across our Global Operations organization are widely spread, and you also partner up with external entrepreneurs and vendors when necessary. You constantly drive and promote change, and by working with our global production units, supply chain experts, IT professionals, R&D and other important stakeholders, you set the scene for strong collaborations and synergies. This means communicating with people from their perspective, as well as ensuring that everyone is on board and knows what needs to be done. You develop our competence in project management and you always look for best practices and improvements in our ways of working. You’re also a supportive, motivational and accessible leader for your project team – someone to rely on and share experiences with.

You’ll have flexible working conditions, but for this job, your base is in either Stockholm/Västberga or Sandviken, where we have our major production hubs. Some travel is normally included to meet with all parts of our global business.

We’re looking for a business-minded people person with the mindset and toolbox of a successful project manager. Your previous experiences come from leading global projects in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, and you understand the processes and methodologies in this line of work. You got what it takes to manage and motivate project teams – filled with both internal and external resources – and you have been working with strategic project planning, performance management and stakeholder interactions. We think that a relevant academic degree is needed, and we consider a project management education as a big plus. And, as we’re present worldwide, you have both cultural awareness and excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Organizational ability, resourcefulness and team spirit are your keys to do a great job in this role. You have a structured yet agile approach and know how to effectively balance small details with the bigger picture. With energy, confidence and a positive power of initiative, you take lead and make necessary decisions, and you inspire people to join in on the transformation journey. By bringing creative ideas and new perspectives, you also challenge us to develop and lift our performances. On top of this, you’re an excellent communicator and collaborator who connects people, processes and technology to have all the necessary pieces in our project puzzle.
