Be our Project Leader for a new and exciting business transformation program at Hitachi Energy!

Your responsibilities
Be our unit’s project manager for implementing our new ERP system
Be involved in the entire business process to develop, maintain, and analyze a variety of business processes and information systems
Coordinate with global functions and country IT on budget and planning
Lead cross functional process development in our whole value chain
Align configuration- and engineering tools and other IT systems
Troubleshoot and resolve problems, develop and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence
This is a role where you can challenge yourself and the business for continuous development in both short and long term as well as improvements along cross functional disciplines

Your background
As a leader you are structured, open-minded and communicative
You are service-minded and strive for finding solutions on challenges
You have experience of working in project management field and find this environment interesting
You enjoy working in diverse and multicultural teams and are interested to share your experiences and knowledge with your colleagues as well as learn from the
Experience of working with ERP or SAP systems or processes is a merit but not a must
You are fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written, to enable interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders.
