We are looking for an operational Project Manager to the Global Brand Communications Team at the head office in Malmö, Sweden to, on a global level, project lead and implement the entire order, production and delivery process for all visual assets, such as product and lifestyle photos and films.

Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager will be operationally responsible to project lead and implement all internal and external photo and film productions to ensure that the visual assets are developed successfully in accordance with all specifications in the given briefs - and delivered to relevant stakeholders.
- The Project Manager role is strictly operational and responsible to implement the briefs and guidelines given by the Thule Group Global Brand Communications Director
- The Project Manager will be responsible to deliver the given tasks in alignment with the budgets given by the Thule Group Global Brand Communications Director
- The Project Manager will be responsible to coordinate the dialogue with all internal and external stakeholders related to the photo and films production projects, such as the production companies, ambassadors, brands that will deliver props, bikes, cars, sport equipment etc.
- The Project Manager will be responsible to prepare and coordinate the photo and film productions together with the external photo and film production team on site, and to ensure that all internal and external timelines are kept.
- The Project Manager will secure that the relevant Thule Group product management colleagues take part of the productions - on site to support the production teams.
Tasks:
The Project Manager achieves the above through:
- Leading and coordinating all internal and external requests and orders of photos and films.
- Structuring and coordinating the process from order to production to delivery.
- Being the point of contact and owner of the dialogue with all production teams (external and internal).
- Prepare all photo and film shoots according to brief given by the Thule Group Global Brand Communications Director.
- Coordinate all photo and film production on site.
- Securing that the visual briefs given by the Thule Group Global Brand Communications Director and the global brand guidelines are respected and delivered in a consistent way.
- Secure that all requested formats of the visual assets will be delivered to relevant stakeholders.
- Distribute the visual assets in the right formats on time.
- Delivering on budget.
About you:
- You are an experienced project leader or production leader having worked with similar responsibilities in an agency or in-house production team.
- You are a strong project leader being comfortable to manage multiple projects at the same time in a dynamic environment.
- You have a natural sense of structure and administration.
- You are comfortable in being a spider in the net and the interface to many different functions and teams internally and externally in a global environment.
- You thrive in an environment with high pace and performance
- You have strong communication skills and are comfortable in handling the dialogue with many internal and external people in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience of working as a Project Manager or Production Leader for photo and film productions in an agency or a larger in-house production team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience of leading multiple production projects at the same time.
- It’s an advantage with production leading experience within the outdoor industry.
Education:
- Academic degree
- Project Management
Language skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
