Project Manager – Global Recruitment Process Implementation (TA Blueprint)

Arbetsbeskrivning

At Sandvik Group, we’re currently looking for a dynamic project manager to lead the implementation of our new global recruitment process – Talent Acquisition Blueprint. This role will play a critical role in elevating our talent acquisition capabilities, improving candidate experiences, and establishing a talent acquisition mindset focused on active sourcing on a global scale.
This is initially a 6-month full time project, from January 1 to June 30, 2024, with potential for extension based on rollout plan.
Your mission
Starting with defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the project, you ensure clarity on what is included and excluded, and develop a change management plan. You lead a project team towards successful project execution. By collaborating closely with stakeholders across our organization, you ensure alignment and keep everyone on board and updated on the progress. You also coordinate and provide training for recruiters and managers involved and enable sharing of best practices through networking activities.
Included in your mission is to:
Manage the budget for the project.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the global rollout.
Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that the global processes meet the desired standards – setting and following up on KPI’s and monitoring our candidate experience data.
Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project and work towards effective solutions.

Managing agreements, contracts and external vendors is also a part of your role, and you negotiate, ensure legal compliance, facilitate collaboration and maximize the usage of existing agreements and tools. Towards the end of the project, you evaluate the whole rollout and define the role of a Global Process Lead – someone to continue the work and manage the Blueprint process.
You’re based at our headquarters in Stockholm and the role includes international travel.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with experience in project management and agile working methods, preferably from global projects within talent acquisition or HR. You have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, industry practices, and the related tools and software, and you’re used to working in SharePoint. With your ability to analyze data, you’re good at identifying trends and proposing improvements. Managing a global project calls for an open mind and cultural awareness, as well as excellent communication skills in English.
As a person, you’re a committed, cooperative team player with the ability to influence and drive change. With your proactive mindset you have a natural focus on innovation and continuous improvements, which you combine with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Our culture
At Sandvik, we’re tech driven, innovative and entrepreneurial. We believe that success is a team effort so we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive culture where people can be themselves and reach their full potential. So, we invest in supporting each other, learning together, and celebrating our differences. Visit our stories hub, LinkedIn or Facebook to get to know us further.
Application
We look forward to your application and ask you to send it no later than November 12, 2023. Job ID: R0060077.
As we aim for a fair recruitment process, we utilize assessment tools to safeguard objectivity. When you apply for this job, you will therefore receive an invitation via email to a personality and logic ability test.
