Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Actively and operationally lead the project team, ensuring effective management of working methods, tools, routines, priorities, project organization, and dependencies on other teams.
Collaborate closely with the OUR project team, project owner, and steering group to establish clear project direction, priorities, and continuously update them to drive progress.
Ensure an efficient and effective project workflow based on an agile approach, working closely with the project team.
Manage and coordinate dependencies with the OUR project and other management organizations, requiring seamless collaboration.
Continually communicate, inform, and report to the steering group, project owner, and various parts of the business.
Prepare for future management effectively.
Target Objectives:
Business Intelligence/Reporting: Secure availability of reporting and analysis needs tied to the new business system solution.
Decommissioning: Archive three existing systems being replaced through project OUR, ensuring information accessibility based on internal needs and legal requirements.
What you bring:
Extensive experience and high methodological competence in project management, system development, and agile methods.
Experience in projects related to Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Data Management.
Several years of experience in managing complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
Driven, responsible, structured, and goal-oriented.
Exceptional ability to build trust, foster commitment, and exhibit excellent collaboration and team skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Meritorious):
Experience in implementing new business systems and decommissioning old ones.
Previous experience with projects in the public sector.
Certified PMP® according to PMI or IPMA® minimum level C or equivalent.
Experience in the Energy sector.
Good business acumen.
Proficiency in change management.
