Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Working collaboratively with the project team, project, and other stakeholders to maintain a well-defined and evolving project direction.
Championing effective and efficient project workflows rooted in an agile methodology.
Given the project’s interdependencies with the project and administrative organizations, you’ll be responsible for coordinating closely with these entities.
Actively leading the team, managing work methods, tools, priorities, and dependencies.
Continuously collaborating, informing, and reporting to various stakeholders including steering groups, project owners, management organizations, and business units.
Preparing for effective post-project management of solutions by involving management organizations throughout the project.
Project’s Target Goals:
Business Intelligence/Reporting: Ensure the availability of reports and analyses linked to the new business system via project .
Decommissioning: Archive three existing systems replaced by project , ensuring accessibility based on internal needs and legal requirements.
What you bring:
Extensive experience and strong methodological competence in project management, system development, and agile methods.
Previous involvement in projects in the domains of Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Data Management.
Experience managing complex projects with numerous dependencies and stakeholders.
Attributes such as being driven, responsible, structured, and determined with excellent collaboration, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
Experience in implementing new business systems and decommissioning old ones.
Involvement in projects within the public sector.
Certified PMP® according to PMI or IPMA® minimum level C, or equivalent.
Experience within the energy sector.
A solid understanding of business operations and dynamics.
Proficiency in change management strategies and practices.
